  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them to our central processing warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange within 5-7 business days.
